Information for participants

• According to the agreement between UPIMap2004 and SVG Open 2004, participants of UPIMap2004 can join all sessions of SVG Open 2004 except the banquet. The registration of the banquet of SVG Open 2004 was closed.
  (The banquet of SVG Open 2004 will be held in the evening of Wed., Sept. 8th, on a passenger ship which will cruise in Tokyo Bay. If you want to join the banquet of SVG Open 2004 on Wed., Sept 8th, you must apply to the UPIMap2004 office (info@ubimap.net) by August 15th. Please DO NOT ask SVG Open Office to join it. The banquet fee is 10,000 yen (about 90 dollars) for everyone, and should be paid when you come to the reception desk of UPIMap2004.)
• Another banquet, the banquet of UPIMap2004, will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 7th, after the technical tour. The fee of the banquet is included in the registration fee of UPIMap2004. Also, we plan to have a closing dinner on Thursday, Sept. 9th. The fee of the closing dinner is not included in the registration fee, but you can join it at a reasonable fee (maybe, 3,000 to 4,000 yen). For those who do not join the dinner, I would say that it is easy and fun to explore a reasonable restaurant in Tokyo by yourself.
